Welcome to our site. Jeremy and I have been married for almost SIX years. We have been blessed so many ways
over in this short time. I want to be able to share our greatest moments with you. I will aim to update this page with new
pictures as often as possible.
We both graduated from Oklahoma Wesleyan University in May '02. Jeremy took a position
right away at a Wesleyan Church in Flint, MI. While I stayed behind in Bartlesville planning our wedding.
In August
of '02 we were married at my home church in Gillette, WY. Many friends and family were able to attend and it was an amazing
blessed day! We also had a second reception back in Bartlesville for those who were not able to attend the wedding.
We
promptly returned to Michigan to begin our ministry. But after only one short year God decided our time was up and moved us
to Croswell, MI where Jeremy assumed the position of Student Life Ministries Director and Worship leader at Croswell Wesleyan
Church. Melissa had several jobs but spent the last two years working at The Times Herald, a daily newspaper in
Port Huron, MI. A position in the production department as an ad designer. She enjoyed her position but with the arrival of
Caleb, Melissa opted to stay at home to raise him.
Jeremy is getting a Master's in Youth Ministry from Indiana Wesleyan Univeristy. This program is designed for full
time working youth pastors and is mostly online course work but will entail a few trips to the campus in Indiana.
We have planned and waiting for the perfect time to let our family grow and that time has arrived! On April 16, 2007
at our Caleb Lewis entered our lives and changed us forever!! We are so pleased to have him in our lives and as we help him
to learn and grow we are already learning and growing so much as well.
We are now living 45 minutes west of where we had spent the last four years. It is a small town but we are enjoying
our time so far. Jeremy is still in youth ministry and also leads worship on sunday mornings. Melissa is enjoying being
a full time stay at home mom; which also affords her more time to help Jeremy with the ministry.
